Do I need a doctor’s referral to come to physiotherapy?

A doctor’s referral is not required to receive private physiotherapy treatment unless you are being treated under WCB (Worker’s Compensation Board) or unless your extended healthcare provider requires it. 

It is best to check with your provider prior to your first visit.
